Syaq - A Saudi Context Layer for Any Model

AI/MLData EngineeringArabic

In active development, not released. Deliberately light on detail for now. More once it ships.

The problem

An AI model is a person without an upbringing. It reasons, it writes well, it sounds certain. Ask it something specific about Saudi Arabia, which decision governs a thing, when it was issued, whether it still stands, and it will answer just as fluently while making the whole thing up. The failure is not intelligence. It was never raised anywhere.

What I am building

Syaq (سياق, meaning context) is the Saudi upbringing. It is not a chatbot and it never talks to the end user. It sits behind whichever model you already use and hands it the Saudi part, dated and traceable to a real source, so the answer can be checked instead of trusted.

Arabic governs. Every record is bilingual, and where the two disagree the Arabic is the source of truth.

Syaq is free, and it stays free. No monetization, no billing, ever. A context layer that charges per lookup is a context layer nobody builds on.

Where it stands

The foundations are built and running against real material. What is left is coverage and the boring accuracy work. Not released yet, and I would rather it be late than confidently wrong.
