I take a small number of engagements alongside my full-time work. Everything below sits inside what I do daily: data platforms, AI systems, and the architecture underneath them.
Fixed scope, one to two weeks. I review your data or AI platform: pipeline design, model serving, infrastructure, failure modes. You get a written report of what's solid, what breaks at scale, and what to fix first.
Best when something works but nobody trusts it.
A retainer, a set number of hours per week. I act as your senior data / AI engineer: architecture decisions, build reviews, hiring input, unblocking the team.
Best for teams that need senior judgment but not a full-time hire.
Project-based. You're choosing between platforms, or between building and buying. I map the options against your actual constraints and give you a decision with reasons, not a vendor pitch.
Tool-agnostic on principle: if the shape is right, the tool is usually obvious.
